John F. Friedemann is a partner in the firm. He practices in the areas of banking, business and entertainment law. He is experienced in both litigation and transactional work and has extensive expertise in matters involving fraud.

Mr. Friedemann is a frequent lecturer on banking operations and lending law, including loan documentation matters, database contract disputes and UCC issues.

Mr. Friedemann and partner Kyle Fisher obtained a $9 million jury verdict in San Francisco Superior Court for Far East National Bank against United Commercial Bank.
