Joanne Harris is an associate with the firm in the area of estate planning. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harris practiced for many years in the field of administrative law, with a legal specialization in workers’ compensation. She has extensive experience in client relations, litigation and office management.

Ms. Harris received her undergraduate degree from U.C.L.A. with a major in political science and international relations. She obtained her law degree from U.C. Davis where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Foreign Relations Law and Negotiations and Dispute Resolution.
