Andrew Sampson is an associate attorney with Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP, practicing in the areas of Trusts & Estates and Business Law. He joined the firm in 2019.

Mr. Sampson is experienced in legal research and writing, discovery, and law and motion practice. In addition, he has significant experience with corporate law and business litigation

He is a graduate of the UC Davis School of Law. While at UC Davis, he served as a member of the Business Law Journal and as a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review. Mr. Sampson received a tax law certificate in recognition of his scholarship in tax law. While working as a research assistant at his law school, he assisted in revising a leading textbook on securities regulation. Prior to attending law school, he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

After college, Mr. Sampson traveled abroad spending two years living and working in China where he discovered his interest in law and a love of foreign cultures. In his spare time, Mr. Sampson has volunteered with legal aid organizations to provide free estate planning services for veterans.
